Partial Planning services allow couples to rest easy in the knowledge that every element of their day is being carefully considered.
Alternatively, Month-of Management services are available for those who have planned out their day but are looking for someone to take control during the event.

We’ll begin by discussing your dream event. Then, Madison will work her magic and create a design action plan & full budget for your approval. Once approved, we will move forward with booking all the necessary vendors based on your previously discussed budgets and wishes. We will assist you in touring, testing, and booking any vendors needed! On your big day you won’t have to worry about anything.
Simply show up and say “I do” - leave the rest up to our crew!

BEST IF BOOKED ONCE YOU HAVE A VENUE + LIMITED NUMBER OF VENDORS SELECTED, AND YOU'RE READY TO DIVE IN. 8-18 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
When you’ve done all that you can do - we’ll be there for you! With our Partial Planning package, Everything + More, we take full control of your wedding day whenever you’re ready to let go. Taking the initial consultation to work directly with you and better understand the amazing day you’ve put together - we’ll then begin our planning journey together. Vendor communication, timelines, set up action plans.. You don’t need to worry about a thing.

The Final Countdown

For the couples who want to start their honeymoon season before the wedding day. This is one of our simplest, yet detail oriented packages. We'll begin 6-12 weeks out with organizing, confirming vendors, creating a timeline, and ceremony rehearsal details. For when you have the planning and design under control but need someone else to take charge and relieve the stress leading up to the big day.

The Eleventh Hour
MAY BE BOOKED ANYWHERE FROM 2-6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE.
We are down to the wire with this one! You’ve most likely created a timeline at this point, but we’ll consult with you to ensure that it flows efficiently and meshes seamlessly for all of your vendors. The month of your wedding all you’ll need
to do is pack for that honeymoon because we’ll handle all the
communication and pertinent details!

We have a limited selection of timeless and necessary wedding related décor. Once booked, we'll send you a link to view our different items. You tell us what you'd like to utilize and we'll reserve it for your wedding day.

Items include: Card boxes, Cake cutting utensils, Gold votives, Large candle sticks, Faux eucalyptus garlands, Miscellaneous table signage, Easels, Unplugged ceremony signage, Dessert table stands, Specialty table linens, Ring boxes, etc. We are always adding more to our collection as we strive to give our clients the very best service and these miscellaneous items are one less thing you'll have to worry about!

Signage Creation + Printing

We will not only design your wedding day signage & paper goods, but we will handle the printing, pick up, and delivery to the wedding site.
This is standard signage and would not include specialty paper goods
such as wax seals for invitations, etc.
