Two Hour Planning Session

The Final Countdown
CAN BE BOOKED UP TO ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE.
With The Final Countdown experience, starting four months from the big day you and your Wedding Manager will work together to wrap up the final details. Whether you are still needing a few vendor recommendations, a custom layout built, or a detailed timeline of your perfect day.. we can handle it all! We will take over vendor communication starting three months from the wedding day to ensure that nothing is missed and you + your loved ones can have the best day ever!
The Eleventh Hour
CAN BE BOOKED UP TO ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE.
This experience with what most couples would consider "Day-of Coordination". With our The Eleventh Hour experience, we will come in at five weeks out and put a beautiful bow on the amazing day that you have so thoughtfully planned. We will take over vendor communication one month from the wedding day, leaving you free to soak in the final moments and truly enjoy yourself.

We’ll begin by discussing your dream event. Then, Madison will work her magic and create a design action plan & full budget for your approval. Once approved, we will move forward with booking all the necessary vendors based on your previously discussed budgets and wishes. We will assist you in touring, testing, and booking any vendors needed! On your big day you won’t have to worry about anything.
Simply show up and say “I do” - leave the rest up to our crew!

The Eleventh Hour
BEST IF BOOKED ONCE YOU HAVE A VENUE + LIMITED NUMBER OF VENDORS SELECTED, AND YOU'RE READY TO DIVE IN. 8-18 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
When you’ve done all that you can do - we’ll be there for you! With our Partial Planning package, Everything + More, we take full control of your wedding day whenever you’re ready to let go. Taking the initial consultation to work directly with you and better understand the amazing day you’ve put together - we’ll then begin our planning journey together. Vendor communication, timelines, set up action plans.. You don’t need to worry about a thing.

We have a limited selection of timeless and necessary wedding related décor. Once booked, we'll send you a link to view our different items. You tell us what you'd like to utilize and we'll reserve it for your wedding day.
Items include: Card boxes, Cake cutting utensils, Gold votives, Large candle sticks, Faux eucalyptus garlands, Miscellaneous table signage, Easels, Unplugged ceremony signage, Dessert table stands, Specialty table linens, Ring boxes, etc. We are always adding more to our collection as we strive to give our clients the very best service and these miscellaneous items are one less thing you'll have to worry about!

Signage Creation + Printing

We will not only design your wedding day signage & paper goods, but we will handle the printing, pick up, and delivery to the wedding site.
This is standard signage and would not include specialty paper goods
such as wax seals for invitations, etc.
This can include but is not limited to: Welcome signs, Directional signage, Table numbers, Menus, Programs, Table setting notes, Escort cards, Place cards, Seating charts, etc. Ask us about Save the Date & Invitations suites!
